The site offers pre-formulation, formulation development & manufacturing for oligonucleotides, peptides & conjugates from preclinical to commercial manufacturing.
It supports both oral solid and parenteral formulations. Our oral formulation facilities support tablets, capsules, powder, liquid capsules, granules, liquid in bottle.
Our injectable formulation manufacturing lines feature fully enclosed isolators and wholly automated, robotic operation supporting various dosage forms, including solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and lyophilized powder with different filling formats, including vials, pre-filled syringes, and cartridges.
The site offers high potency drug product development and manufacturing services for both oral and injectable dosage forms.
We also offer lipid nanoparticle formulation development and manufacturing in Wuxi City. LNP platform features multi-channel mixing technology for robust scalability and reproducibility with integrated formulation development, analytical, in vitro/ in vivo evaluation. Manufacturing line is fully validated and in use.
Our Wuxi City site has successfully passed numerous inspections by the US FDA, EMA, China NMPA, and Brazil ANVISA.
